Incredibly simple to install, the Electrical Base Plate Socket Converter can transform the lights you love into the perfect lighting setup for your outdoor space. Simply remove the four screws found on the base trim plate of your Aurora Post Cap Lights, exchange the existing base plate for the Electrical Base Plate Socket Converter, then install and wire as usual.
To transform your traditional line-voltage post cap light to a new low-voltage power level – choose the 110v to 12v converter. To install the new look you want with your low-voltage post cap light while keeping your old line-voltage wiring intact – choose the 12v to 110v converter.
Electrical Base Plate Socket Converter by Aurora Deck Lighting is sold individually and is available in two different sizes. Standard size accommodates a 3-1/16 inch, 3-5/8 inch, 4-1/16 inch, 4-3/8 inch, and 5-1/16 inch post caps, while the large 5-5/8 inch size which only can accommodate a 5-5/ 8 inch post cap.
